Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the percentage of the total items in your order and the delivery address. You can view the shipping rates before completing your purchase.
4. International Shipping
We will only ship to Canada and currently do not offer international shipping. We aim to offer international shipping in the future.
5. Order Tracking

7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance, which is included in every purchase you make, is calculated based on the insurable value of your shipment in increments of $100. The insurable value of the shipment is calculated at the time of postage purchase and is reported to the insurer in USD. If the insurable value of the shipment is greater than $100, additional coverage is available for each additional $100 USD (or part thereof) with the cost of insurance as displayed below for Tracked Canadian Services. Insurance is not charged tax.
$0.01 to $100 USD of insurable value = $0.65 CAD
$100.01 to $200 USD of insurable value = $2.64 CAD
$200.01 to $300 USD of insurable value = $4.63 CAD
$300.01 to $400 USD of insurable value = $6.62 CAD
$400.01 to $500 USD of insurable value = $8.61 CAD
$500.01 to $600 USD of insurable value = $10.60 CAD
$600.01 to $700 USD of insurable value = $12.59 CAD
$700.01 to $800 USD of insurable value = $14.58 CAD
The maximum insurable value is $800 USD. Shipment with retail value exceeding this maximum will only have partial coverage up to the maximum amount.
WHAT INSURANCE COVERS?
The shipment is insured from the time shipping company receives them and hands off to the carrier until delivery to you. Shipping insurance will provide coverage for any loss or damage to your shipments during this entire time.
Since delivery estimates are not guaranteed, shipping insurance cannot be used to receive reimbursement for the late delivery of a shipment.
9. Loss of non-delivery
Shipments that are deemed lost in transit are covered by shipping insurance. Shipments that are delayed but still in transit, are generally not considered lost and a claim may be denied. You may be required to provide proof of non-receipt from you when filing a claim for loss e.g. proof that a delivery error occurred.
10. Damage
Shipments damaged during transit are covered by shipping insurance. You may be required to provide pictures of the shipment and its content when filing an insurance claim for damage. Typically, the reimbursement for a damage claim will include only the declared retail value of the shipment contents.
11. When to file a claim
When you go to file an insurance claim, there is usually a period of time that you will have to wait before you can submit a claim. This is a common practice in the shipping industry especially for loss claims. As delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, most carriers or insurance providers will have a waiting period before a claim can be submitted. Shipments that are delayed but still in transit, are generally not considered lost and a claim for loss may be denied. The waiting period ensures that the shipment is not experiencing a prolonged delay.
Waiting period for shipping insurance:
Claims for damage = immediately
Claims for loss = 15 days from the ship date
Important! All claims must be submitted within 90 days of the postage purchase date. The Insured will have one (1) year from the date postage was purchased to provide any required and/or additional documentation which has been requested of the Insured to substantiate said claim. In the case that required and/or additional documentation which has been requested goes ninety (90) days with no document submission will result in denial of the claim. Claim can be reopened upon submission of requested documents if documents are submitted within one (1) year from the date postage was purchased. Failure to provide the required and/or additional documentation within one (1) year from the postage purchase date will result in the denial of the claim.
