Return and Refund Policy

   

At Magasin de Rosemyn, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and easy return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You change your mind about the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (please refer to the exceptions below).
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to jasmin@magasinderosemyn.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

         2.  Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

         3.  We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or an error was made in the order fulfillment.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not traceable.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please send an email to jasmin@magasinderosemyn.ca.
